Proudly located in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood, OSHA will contribute to the tremendous renewal that this once working-class neighborhood is undergoing. For more than a decade, with the construction of Place Simon-Valois and the arrival of new cafés, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores, the borough has been coming alive. Local residents and newcomers alike share a neighborhood with a distinct personality and a village atmosphere where there is a great social mix. Living in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve is as much about enjoying the culinary prowess of the Hungry as it is about enjoying the hot-dog poutine trio from La Pataterie!
Extremely flexible, OSHA’s ingenious architectural concept allows for multiple configurations that adapt to all needs. For example, four-bedroom townhouses on two floors with first floor terraces, one, two or three-bedroom units with huge terraces and penthouses with mezzanine are available. To ensure maximum comfort, a beautifully landscaped interior courtyard will be landscaped and there will be underground parking with storage and bicycle storage. OSHA will be bordered to the south by a huge linear park crossed by the Route Verte bike path No. 5 leading directly to downtown. The project will occupy a total area of more than 125,000 square feet, more than 20% of which will be devoted to green spaces. The seven phases will consist of human-scale buildings with a contemporary look that will blend in with the neighbourhood’s architecture. Ultimately, more than 200 units will make up this brand new community.
Live in the linear park
Phase 1 will be erected directly on a large linear green space. Take advantage of the mature trees and the large grassy green space in front of your home.
Live in a cycling paradise
The Notre-Dame Street bicycle path passes directly in front of the project. It leads directly to downtown in a few minutes.
Forget your second car
Use public transit thanks to the proximity of the Joliette metro station and the frequent buses leading to Papineau and Viau stations.
